The activist Ella was violently dragged from a traverse at a dizzying height by climbing police officers during the clearing of the Dannenröder Forest in 2020.

After this Ella was accused of attacking the officers. Ella spent 1.5 years in prison and has written a book 📖 about this experience.
Ella will offer topics from their recently translated book „Gefangenschaft überwinden„.

Repression against social movements continues to increase. Protests are criminalised, activists intimidated and occupations in forests and universities brutally cleared. Together with Ella and other activists, we want to discuss how we can deal with repression.
